What does Superbuy charge? The official fee table

Superbuy is one of the few agents that publishes its fees in full. The figures below are taken from its "fee composition" page, which splits costs into two stages: buying the item, then shipping it to you.

Stage 2 is international shipping: a first-weight charge, an additional-weight charge, customs clearance, fuel surcharge and an operating fee, all calculated from the parcel's weight, the line and the destination. Optional value-added services — extra packing, vacuum sealing, wooden crates and so on — run from about ¥2 to ¥250 per item.

Weidian doesn't appear by name in the free-fee list, although Superbuy accepts Weidian links. If most of your spreadsheet is Weidian, check the service-fee line on your first order rather than assuming it's zero.

Verdict: On Taobao and 1688, Superbuy is genuinely fee-free. Budget for detail photos if you want more than the standard set, and confirm the fee line on Weidian orders.

• Express (e.g. DHL): fastest and priciest per kilo; worth it for small, urgent parcels.
• Standard lines (e.g. YunExpress, EMS): the usual choice for clothing hauls.
• Sea freight: slow but much cheaper per kilo for bulky or heavy orders — outerwear, shoes with boxes, large bags.

Customs is separate. With the US $800 duty-free allowance gone and the EU charging €3 per item category on small parcels since July 2026, it's worth checking your country's rules before choosing between one large parcel and several small ones.

Verdict: Use Superbuy's calculator with your real parcel weight before you submit. For heavy, non-urgent hauls, sea freight is the biggest single saving Superbuy offers.

What do Superbuy's 1,030 Trustpilot reviews say?

Superbuy's Trustpilot score is 4.5/5 from 1,030 reviews, 92 of them in the last twelve months, and it replies to 95% of negative reviews. Praise focuses on fast shipping, secure packaging and professional support.

Three complaints come up repeatedly:

• Small charges after payment. One reviewer paid for items and was asked for about ¥8 more a day later — usually a domestic-shipping or price adjustment from the seller.
• Card payments blocked. Some buyers had card payments flagged as suspicious even after approving them with their bank.
• Balance refunds. A few describe difficulty getting account balances refunded to foreign cards.

Verdict: Superbuy's reviews are strong and its fee transparency is the best of any agent we cover. Keep your account balance low to avoid the refund issue.
